Men’s Gymnastics Set for ECAC Championship on Saturday

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The William & Mary men's gymnastics team will vie for the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) title when it competes at the championship meet hosted by Army on Saturday at 1 p.m.


The meet will be broadcast via Virtius. Live scores will also be available through the platform.

 In addition to No. 14 W&M, the league championship will include No. 9 Greenville, No. 10 Navy, No. 11 Army, No. 12 Springfield and No. 15 Simpson.

The top six scorers in all-around and each event will earn all-conference honors.

W&M has a long history of impressive performances at the championship and has claimed the league title five times, including twice in recent years (2014, 2017). The Tribe garnered runner-up honors in 2018 and 2021.  

W&M enters this weekend ranked 15th nationally and fifth in the ECAC with a four-score average of 307.067.

Led by CGA regular-season All-American Luke Tully (all-around), a number of Tribe standouts enter the championship meet ranked among the league's top 10 in various events. A complete list is available below.

Last season five Tribe standouts garnered All-ECAC honors, highlighted by the defending high bar champion, Ricky Pizem. Tully (high bar, all-around). Evan Wilkins (floor), Jonathan Irwin (rings) and Connor Barrow (vault) also earned all-conference accolades at last year's championship meet.
